Dawson School

Working on this was a challenge for a few reasons.  This project required cramming all my tools into luggage to get from Pennsylvania to Colorado. When I say “my tools,” I mean enough for all 10 or 20 people that will be working on it at a time. We were fortunate that D&L Glass had every color we needed in glass. In addition to that, it was a five-day project. Generally, my shortest projects are 10 days. Of course, we had a snow day and also a half day because of a fluke storm. I am not sure how these guys pulled this off, but they went well above my expectations. That handsome guy in front of this piece is my son. My daughter in law teaches at Dawson School and was the teacher I was working with.
