Whenever I get to work with someone a second time, it is always smoother and we generally choose a more challenging design. This particular project was with three different teachers and I had worked with them each before; two had been at other schools when I worked with them.

 

One teacher I had worked with three times in her previous school. I believe this project was kismet.  Each of the teachers juggled their classes so students took turns working on the mosaic throughout the weeks that I was there.

 

The personal fused tiles were the sprinkles on the blue donut so all blue,  They also fused the sprinkles for the chocolate donut and the icing for the green one. The fabulous donut idea was one of the teachers’ brilliance.
